Can I upgrade my account at any time?

YES! Simply head to your Account Settings in your Dashboard and click “GO PRO” to update your account!

Will I be automatically charged after my Pro Free Trial ends?

Yes, we will send a reminder that your trial is expiring 24 hours prior. But if the trial is not cancelled, the monthly rate will charge, and you will have access to all Pro Features for 30 days!

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, if you would like to downgrade to the Free Account status, reach out to our support at support@guestio.com and they will take care of that for you!

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Can I get a refund on my membership?

No. While we do allow you to cancel at any time, once the monthly membership has been charged it is non-refundable. But you get to enjoy the Pro Features for the time period paid for!

Do you offer yearly membership?

Not at this time.
